Monitoring crude lifts was part of major focus for Guyana standards bureau this year

The Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS) says 2020 has been a successful year ranging from its responsibility to monitor the million-barrel oil lifts offshore to prepping companies onshore for opportunities in the oil and gas sector.

December 20, 2020, marked one year since Guyana became an oil producing nation.

“It’s not only monitoring and measurements. We also work with companies who are actually supplying the oil and gas sector, with implementation of certain international standards and we have managed to do very well this year,” David was quoted by the DPI as saying.
